Join the association

Membership in the International Community Association is voluntary.

Members of the Association may be fully capable citizens, legal entities, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons legally residing in the Russian Federation, who have made an entrance fee and comply with the provisions of this Charter, internal documents of the Association.

The members of the Association have equal rights and bear equal responsibilities.

Admission of new members of the Association is carried out by the Management Board within 10 (ten) days on the basis of an application submitted to the General Director of the Association.

The candidate is considered to be accepted as a member of the Association after the Board of the relevant decision.

Membership in the Association is inalienable.

A member of the Association has the right to withdraw from it at his discretion at any time.

The withdrawal of a member from the Association is carried out by submitting a written application addressed to the General Director of the Association.

No later than 2 (two) months after the submission of such an application, the Association is obliged to:

- to determine the terms of return to the member of the property transferred by this member for temporary use of the Association;

- make financial and credit settlements with the retiring member under contracts concluded with the Association;

- to determine the order of fulfillment by a member of the obligations assumed earlier in relation to other members of the Association and to the Association.

The entrance and periodic contributions received from the members of the Association are non-refundable.

Members of the Association may be excluded from the Association in the following cases:

- committing actions discrediting the business reputation of the Association;

- repeated violation of this Charter;

- non-payment within one year of the periodic membership fee or other contribution provided for mandatory payment;

- violations of ethical and professional standards;

- failure to comply with decisions taken by the Association's governing bodies within their competence established by this Charter.

The decision on exclusion from the Association is made in writing with an indication of the reasons for exclusion.

The amount of entrance fees and the terms of their payment are set and may be revised (changed) By the General Meeting of the Association members.

Persons who have expressed a desire to become members of the Association are obliged to pay entrance fees within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of the decision of the Board on the admission of these persons to the Association.

Membership fees can be paid in cash to the cashier and/or to the settlement account of the Association.

In case of withdrawal or exclusion from the membership of the Association, the contributions of the members, as well as voluntary donations, are not refunded.

 

List of documents provided for registration of membership in the Association

From individuals: 

1. Statement of intent to join the Association (signature required).

2. Questionnaire of an individual joining the Association (signature is required).

3. Consent to the processing of personal data of an individual joining the Association (signature is required).

4. A copy of the passport (pages 2, 3 and the registration page).

5. A copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the entrance fee to the settlement account of the Association.

 

From legal entities:

1. A written statement from the Head of the organization about the intention to join the Association and a cooperation agreement 

2. A copy of the Charter.

3. A copy of the Certificate of state registration of the organization.

4. The decision of the organization to become a member of the Association (protocol/extract from the protocol of the organization's governing bodies).

5. A copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the entrance fee to the settlement account of the Association. The documents submitted for registration of membership in the Association are printed in one of the approved working languages of the Association, Russian or English.
